Associate Insurance Agent
Job Description
Build Your Future With Farmers Insurance, In One of America's Fastest-Growing Cities
Farmers Insurance is in the middle of one of the biggest growth pushes in its 95-year history, with plans to appoint nearly 1,700 new agency owners nationwide this year alone as part of an "entrepreneurs supporting entrepreneurs" model. That growth is landing in a city built for it: Austin has been ranked the No. 1 large U.S. city for economic growth, recently crossed one million residents, and continues to add jobs and new businesses at a pace few metros can match. For a driven professional ready to build something of their own, there has never been a better time or place to start.
The Farmers Associate Agent Program is a transitional opportunity up to 24 months designed for motivated professionals who want to own and operate their own Farmers agency. You'll operate independently while receiving hands-on mentorship from your district office, set your own schedule, and build a real book of business, all backed by Farmers' training, brand, and resources. Strong performers can qualify for reduced or waived capital requirements when they transition into full agency ownership.
