Oversee daily office operations to ensure clients receive attentive and consistent service.

Develop and execute local outreach strategies to expand our presence throughout the York region.

Coach and support junior agents, helping them hone their sales techniques and product knowledge.

Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and sustainable growth.

Manage complex policy renewals and resolve escalated client concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Collaborate with the leadership team to refine our sales processes and foster a positive office culture.

Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty insurance license.

Valid Life and Health insurance license.

Documented track record of successfully managing insurance portfolios or sales teams.

Deep understanding of the York, Pennsylvania insurance market and local regulatory requirements.

Strong proficiency in agency management systems and digital lead-tracking tools.

Capacity to lead, mentor, and inspire a growing team of sales professionals.
