We're looking for a highly organized, people-focused Assistant Business Office Director to support the daily business and human resources operations of our community. If you have experience with recruiting, onboarding, payroll processing, and HR administration, we'd love to meet you.

As the Assistant Business Office Director, you'll play a key role in keeping our community running smoothly by supporting our team members from recruitment through employment.
Responsibilities include:
Partner with department leaders to recruit for open positions and coordinate the hiring process
Manage candidate onboarding and new hire paperwork to ensure a seamless experience
Process daily payroll and timekeeping activities with a high level of accuracy
Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation in compliance with company standards
Support orientation and assist with tracking required training and compliance
Help manage front desk scheduling and administrative operations
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations
Build positive working relationships with community leaders and corporate partners
Provide exceptional administrative support while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
Previous experience in recruiting, onboarding, payroll, or human resources administration required
Experience processing payroll or employee time and attendance strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree or four years of related experience
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Healthcare, senior living, or multi-site administrative experience is a plus
