What You'll Do

As the Assistant Business Office Director, you'll play a key role in keeping our community running smoothly by supporting our team members from recruitment through employment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with department leaders to recruit for open positions and coordinate the hiring process

  • Manage candidate onboarding and new hire paperwork to ensure a seamless experience

  • Process daily payroll and timekeeping activities with a high level of accuracy

  • Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation in compliance with company standards

  • Support orientation and assist with tracking required training and compliance

  • Help manage front desk scheduling and administrative operations

  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations

  • Build positive working relationships with community leaders and corporate partners

  • Provide exceptional administrative support while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in recruiting, onboarding, payroll, or human resources administration required

  • Experience processing payroll or employee time and attendance strongly preferred

  • Bachelor's degree or four years of related experience

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

  • Healthcare, senior living, or multi-site administrative experience is a plus
