We’re seeking a Farmers Insurance Sales Rep to develop new business, assess client needs, and recommend coverage solutions that fit their goals. You’ll prospect through referrals and networking while working closely with clients throughout the sales process. • First-year earnings average $40,000 to $60,000 in base salary, commissions, and bonuses

• Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, and networking.

Requirements

• Active Property Casualty and/or Life Health license.
• Prior sales experience.
• Proven client relationship-building success.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with independent work ability.
• Strong self-motivation and professional phone etiquette.
