Hand Stacker
Primero Staffing is hiring a reliable and hardworking Hand Stacker to support manufacturing operations in Suffolk, VA. The Hand Stacker plays an important role at the end of the production line by ensuring finished products are properly stacked, labeled, and prepared for shipment.
Primary Duties:- Manually stack products on production lines and move them to designated areas.
- Ensure items are securely stacked to prevent damage and maintain workplace safety.
- Collaborate with supervisors and coworkers to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Keep accurate counts of finished products and ensure items are stored in correct locations.
- Inspect products for defects or damage and report issues to supervisors.
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- At least one year of related experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
