Available Shifts:
• Part-time Evening
What You’ll Do:
• Answer and direct calls with professionalism
• Greet residents, visitors, and vendors with a warm smile
• Keep the reception and entrance areas clean and organized
• Assist with clerical tasks like filing, typing, and mail distribution
• Ensure outgoing mail is handled accurately and on time

• Long-term care experience
• Friendly, organized, and dependable team player
• Previous experience
