We are seeking an experienced Commercial Drywall Project Manager to join a well-established and growing contractor in the Albany (Malta), NY area.This is a true project management role with a strong emphasis on financial oversight, estimating software proficiency, and job cost control. This position is office-based, managing projects from preconstruction through closeout.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage multiple commercial drywall projects from start to finish
• Oversee budgets, job costing, and financial performance of each project
• Work closely with estimators, field teams, and leadership
• Review and interpret plans, specs, and contracts
• Handle submittals, RFIs, change orders, and billing
• Track project profitability and ensure margins are maintained
• Coordinate schedules and project timelines
