Experienced applicants start with a $24,000 base salary and top performers earned an additional $50,000 in commission last year. - Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
- Document each customer contact in eAgent.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads referral sources.
- A Property Casualty insurance license is required.
- A Life Health Insurance license is preferred.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
