Badger State Staffing is seeking a reliable, tech-savvy, and customer-focused individual to join a dynamic service center based in Appleton. In this role, you will be the face of the store, assisting customers with their purchases and helping with inventory management in a warehouse environment as needed.
Primary Duties:
- Greet customers, answer questions, and guide them to the right solutions for their needs
- Efficiently operate a digital register system, process payments, and look up product information
- Handle incoming phone calls and online inquiries with a professional and helpful attitude
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom floor
- Assist with receiving shipments, unpacking stock, and organizing inventory in the warehouse
- Replenish store shelves and ensure accurate inventory counts using handheld scanning devices
- Prepare and package orders for customer pickup or shipment
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- A proven track record of dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Comfortable navigating a digital POS system, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic computer applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to help customers
- Ability to multitask and comfortably transition between the retail floor and the warehouse
