We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Director to lead clinical operations at our center in Riverdale, GA.
This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who is ready to take on a leadership role while remaining actively involved in clinical care, staff development, and the success of the clients and families we serve.
Position OverviewThe Clinical Director will provide clinical leadership and oversight for the center, ensuring that services are delivered with the highest standards of quality, ethics, and individualized care.
ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical leadership and oversight for ABA services provided at the center.
Supervise and mentor BCBAs, BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical team members.
Ensure treatment programs are individualized, clinically appropriate, and based on current evidence-based practices.
Review client progress and provide guidance regarding treatment planning and modifications.
Conduct and oversee assessments, functional behavior assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
Monitor clinical outcomes and ensure services meet quality and compliance standards.
Provide ongoing supervision and feedback to clinical staff.
Support the professional development and growth of BCBAs and RBTs.
Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote consistency and meaningful progress.
Partner with operations and administrative leadership to support the successful functioning of the center.
Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and retention of clinical staff.
Promote a positive, collaborative, and ethical workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with company policies, payer requirements, and applicable professional standards.
Address clinical concerns and provide timely support and solutions to staff and families.
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and other clinical initiatives.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
GA LBA certification.
Experience providing ABA services to children with developmental disabilities.
Previous clinical leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment, treatment planning, and behavior intervention.
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Ability to effectively mentor and develop clinical staff.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with families and team members.
