About the Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will:
Work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, providing individualized ABA therapy sessions in the comfort of their own homes
Develop and implement behavioral plans and interventions, collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to achieve therapy goals
Conduct assessments and monitor progress, making data-driven decisions to modify therapy approaches as needed
Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless communication with clients, families, and our team of professionals
Collaborate with families to educate and empower them to support their child's therapy and development
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
