Responsibilities
- Sell insurance policies to new and existing customers
- Create a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
- Explain coverage options and sell based on value, not just price
- Follow up on leads, close sales, and meet monthly goals
- Build long-term client relationships through trust and service
- Be a strong part of a team that works together to grow
Requirements
- Active Texas P&C license (or willing to become licensed in Texas)
- Previous insurance sales experience required no entry-level or unlicensed candidates
- Ability to multitask, follow up, and follow through
- Confident and motivated personality
- Intermediate computer skills
