Looking for a school-based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) job with a consistent weekday schedule? Join a K-12 school program in Vista, CA where you'll provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support while helping students succeed in the classroom.

• $26-$33/hr based on experience, qualifications, and assignment needs

• Weekly pay

• Monday through Friday school schedule

• No evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts

• Long-term assignment in a supportive school setting

• Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more available beginning the first of the month after 30 days of full-time employment

• Gain valuable experience working with K-12 students

• Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support

• Follow behavior intervention plans along with IEP and 504 goals

• Use ABA strategies to reinforce positive behaviors

• Document student progress and maintain accurate records

• Work closely with teachers, school staff, and supervisors

• Help create a structured, supportive learning environment

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience supporting individuals with behavioral needs preferred

• ABA or special education experience in a school, home, or clinical setting is a plus

• CPI certification is helpful but not required

• Strong communication skills and a dependable, team-oriented approach
