Job Title: Traveling Project Manager / Project Superintendent - Electrical ContractorLocation: Varies Position Type: Full-Time | On-Site Reports To: Operations Manager / Owner (or designated person as determined by company)Position Overview:Price Electric, a trusted electrical contractor specializing in commercial and industrial projects, is seeking a Project Manager or Project Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations on active job sites. This is a hands-on, on-site role requiring a strong background in project management and electrical construction. The ideal candidate will ensure that all field operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Provide daily on-site leadership and supervision for electrical construction projectsCoordinate and manage field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely task completionDevelop and maintain daily and weekly project schedulesMonitor project progress and adjust manpower and resources as neededEnsure adherence to project specifications, drawings, codes, and safety regulationsCommunicate regularly with office staff, project managers, inspectors, and clientsManage materials and deliveries to keep the project on trackAssist with quality control and job site safety enforcementDocument daily job site activities and report progress to company leadershipHelp troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues in real timeQualifications:Required:5+ years of experience in electrical constructionProven experience in project management or site supervisionStrong understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and NEC codeAbility to manage and motivate teams on active job sitesExcellent organizational and communication skillsWillingness and ability to be on-site every dayValid driver's license and reliable transportationPreferred:Journeyman or Master Electrician licenseOSHA 30 certificationExperience with commercial, industrial, or design-build projectsProficiency with project scheduling and documentation toolsWork Environment:100% on-site at job locationsMust be comfortable working in active construction environmentsMay require travel to multiple job sites in the regionCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experienceCompany vehicle or vehicle allowanceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysRetirement plan optionsHow to Apply: Send your resume and a brief cover letter to [email protected] or apply online at Job Listings - ForceSource Jobs
