Description:Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – 4-Day Work Week
Join Our Growing Dental Team!
We are looking for a friendly, compassionate, and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team on a unique 4-day work week. This position offers the opportunity to work in two modern, well-established dental offices, spending two days each week in each location.

- Four-day work week
- Two days per week at Office #1
- Two days per week at Office #2
- No evenings or weekends
- Perform thorough dental hygiene assessments and cleanings
- Take digital radiographs
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Perform periodontal charting and periodontal therapy as needed
- Apply fluoride treatments and sealants
- Maintain accurate clinical records
- Work collaboratively with doctors and team members to provide outstanding patient care
- Follow all OSHA and infection control protocols
- Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Gentle chairside manner with a patient-first approach
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with digital charting and dental software is preferred
