Purchasing Coordinator

Meador an Openwork Company is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to join a growing team. This role is ideal for someone with previous purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to effectively communicate with suppliers while managing multiple priorities.

• Review and follow up on factory order acknowledgements and past due purchase orders
• Monitor open purchase order reports and resolve outstanding orders
• Create and process purchase order releases
• Issue factory purchase orders
• Manage regional back-order acknowledgements
• Complete supplier assessments and maintain the Approved Supplier List (ASL)
• Review and complete daily transfer reports
• Assist with reviewing and responding to Zendesk support tickets
• Perform additional purchasing and administrative duties as assigned

• Previous purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ERP systems or purchasing software is a plus
