Host/Greeter - Restaurant

We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Greeter to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure they have a memorable dining experience. This role is vital in setting the tone for our restaurant and providing exceptional customer service from the moment guests arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements

- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently

- Provide guests with menus and answer initial questions about the restaurant

- Coordinate with the serving staff to ensure smooth seating flow

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and courteously

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area and dining room

- Take orders Togo

- Help package food for third party delivery

- Support team members to deliver excellent customer service

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
