We’re looking for passionate, experienced teachers to join our talented team! At Otter Learning, we inspire children to become lifelong learners through a play-based curriculum. Our nurturing staff ensures every child develops the knowledge and confidence to succeed.

As a teacher, you will:

• Plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities that promote intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development.

• Prepare children for kindergarten by easing them into structured learning using our curriculum.

• Provide daily care, including feeding, changing, and nap supervision.

• Maintain open and positive communication with parents and team members through our Classroom Management system.

• Support Lead Teachers and leadership staff with classroom management and additional tasks as needed.
