Production Associate
Location: Brookville, OH
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Hours: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
We are hiring 1st Shift Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Brookville, Ohio. Production Associates may assist with assembly, machine operation, and general production duties based on department needs.
Responsibilities
  • Perform assembly and general production duties
  • Operate and monitor production equipment as assigned
  • Handle materials throughout the manufacturing process
  • Inspect products for visible defects or quality concerns
  • Package and prepare finished products as required
  • Maintain an efficient and consistent production pace
  • Follow established work instructions and safety procedures
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Assist in other production areas as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing experience required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on tasks
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • High school diploma or GED required
