Mortgage Loan Partner - Pre-Approval Specialist
Job Description
Are you a bilingual mortgage professional who is fluent in both Spanish and English and looking for a stable, salaried position as a Loan Partner Pre-Approval Specialist?
Would you enjoy being on a team where you can help clients achieve their goal of home ownership without having to hunt for new business or the stress of living 100% on commission?
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Loan Partner 2 (LP2) to manage borrower prequalification, pre-approvals, and pipeline execution for a high-performing mortgage team.
If you're fluent in both Spanish and English, have a passion for qualifying clients, and want to be part of a great team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
The LP2 role plays a critical role in ensuring loans are structured properly, communicated clearly, and closed on time. We’re looking for an experienced mortgage professional who takes pride in their work, thinks critically, and enjoys being part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who already has a strong foundation in mortgage lending and agency guidelines and wants the autonomy to truly own their role. You’ll be given clear expectations, the tools and support you need to succeed, and the trust to make decisions, solve problems, and manage your responsibilities.
Our team is supportive, solutions-focused, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience. We help each other, share knowledge, and step in when needed, while also holding ourselves to a high standard of professionalism and accountability. We’re looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, communicates proactively, anticipates challenges, and is always looking for ways to improve.

Brings integrity, professionalism, kindness, and a positive attitude to their work
Is flexible and willing to step in where needed to help the team succeed

About Company
We are a growing mortgage team within New American Funding focused on creating an exceptional experience for both clients and our referral partners.
We have built our business on communication, integrity, and finding solutions for borrowers with a wide range of financial situations. As we continue to grow, we are investing heavily in systems, processes, and building a team where every person has clear ownership and can make a meaningful impact.
I value people who take initiative, communicate proactively, are accountable, and genuinely care about doing things the right way. My goal is to create an environment where team members are supported, challenged to grow, and can have the opportunity to build a long-term career rather than simply fill a position.
