Temporary Data Entry Clerk $17.50/Hour | Monday–Friday | Temporary Assignment | Omaha, NE
What Matters Most
- Pay: $17.50 per hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Optional overtime available during evenings and weekends

Qualifications:
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
- Professional communication skills with the ability to assist callers by phone
- Must be a registered Nebraska voter or eligible to register to vote
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
Responsibilities
- Enter voter registration and early voting information into the Statewide Voter Registration Database
- Process early vote ballot request applications with a high level of accuracy
- Process returned ballots following established procedures
- Answer incoming telephone calls as backup/overflow support
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while working with sensitive voter information
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the department coordinator
