WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Oversee daily operations for an ultra-luxury, amenity-rich residential community
- Lead and develop the on-site leasing and maintenance team
- Deliver a concierge-level experience for residents, from move-in through renewal
- Plan and host seasonal resident events and community programming
- Coordinate with local business partners on resident perks and discounts
- Manage the property's budget, vendor contracts, and financial reporting
- Own leasing performance, occupancy, and renewal strategy
- Work with vendors and maintenance to keep the building's smart technology and sustainability systems running smoothly
- Keep the property compliant with Fair Housing and other applicable regulations

WHAT IT TAKES
- 5+ years of property management experience, ideally in luxury multifamily
- Proven experience leading an on-site team

- A polished, service-first communication style suited to a high-end resident base
- Familiarity with property management software like Yardi, Entrata, or RealPage
- Comfort managing smart-building and tech-enabled amenities
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord-tenant law
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for resident events and leasing needs
- A genuine eye for hospitality-level service and design
