Administrative Assistant – Customer Support
Lititz, PA | $19-$20/hr | 1st Shift | Full-Time
Allegiance Staffing is hiring a Customer Support Administrative Assistant for a leading promotional products and print solutions company in Lititz, PA. This is a great opportunity for an organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys managing multiple projects, working with clients, and seeing orders through from start to finish.
You'll work closely with Account Managers to support established customers, coordinate orders, research promotional products, and ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
What You'll Do
- Support Account Managers with daily customer and order needs
- Process and track customer orders from entry through delivery
- Research promotional products and alternative product solutions
- Proof artwork and coordinate customer approvals
- Communicate with customers and vendors regarding orders, inventory, and timelines
- Assist with inventory, invoicing, and order documentation
- Maintain customer and order information within ERP and ordering systems
- Answer phones and provide general administrative support
- Assist with occasional shipping and fulfillment projects
What We're Looking For
- Previous administrative, account support, order processing, or customer service experience
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal customer communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines, and priorities
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Promotional products, printing, sourcing, or order management experience is a plus
