Schedule: 11:00AM - 7:30PM (Some Weekends Needed)

Hourly Range: $24-26/hr (Based On Experience & Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE

(FT Only) Waive all benefits and receive an extra $3.00 an hour!

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff—ensuring every guest feels valued, supported, and cared for from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities for Concierge:

  • Ensure room readiness for new admissions

  • Greet new admissions on arrival and ensure they are comfortable

  • Orient new residents to the Unit and Facility

  • Respond to call lights and resident requests for assistance

  • Arrange interpretation services as needed

  • Make patient stay as comfortable as possible

  • Provide extra items and supplies, e.g., blankets, pillows, etc.

  • Introduce Hotline and Guest Services Lines to the resident and family

  • Run the Ambassador Program

  • Work with all relevant departments to communicate resident requests and/or concerns for follow-up and resolution.

  • Ensure that resolution has been achieved

  • Assist residents in connecting and communicating with their family and friends

  • Assist patients in scheduling appointments and transportation

  • Promote Recreation activities and encourage/assist residents to attend

  • Conduct satisfaction surveys during residents’ stay and post-discharge

  • Other assigned duties

Qualifications for Concierge:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role required; experience in a LTC setting strongly preferred.

  • Strong customer service orientation with a professional presence, positive attitude, and solution-focused mindset.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, visitors, staff, and individuals at all levels of the organization.

  • Experience managing multiple priorities and demands simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to interact effectively with individuals of varying personalities and temperaments.

  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve immediate concerns appropriately.

  • Ability to work independently

  • Strong time management skills

  • Strong computer literacy skills
