Pre K Teacher

We are seeking dedicated Christian Preschool Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for educating young children, creating a nurturing learning environment, and exemplifying God's Love.

• Knowledge of age-appropriate educational concepts and activities
• Patience, empathy and compassion when working with young children
• Ability to maintain order and enforce classroom rules
• Awareness of safety practices for indoor and outdoor activities
• Familiarity with teaching practices and methods
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to student needs and use different teaching methods, including play-based learning
• Knowledge of child development milestones, such as spelling their name

• High School Diploma or GED/ CDA
• Must be able to pass background checks
• Strong understanding of child development principles and curriculum development
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
