Stonehome Brewing is a craft brewery and restaurant featuring house-brewed beer and a food menu of specialty pizzas, pastas, and more. We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations and manage our team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations
Lead, train, and schedule staff
Ensure excellent guest service and operational standards
Manage labor, inventory, and costs
Ensure compliance with health and alcohol regulations
Qualifications:
Previous restaurant management experience required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work nights and weekends
Craft beer knowledge or interest a plus
