Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
People Plus is hiring a Site Manager to oversee daily operations of a residential apartment community. This role focuses on tenant relations, leasing, maintenance coordination, and rent collection while ensuring the property meets company standards.
Key Duties:
- Manage tenants, leasing, and resident applications
- Collect rent, enforce lease terms, and maintain financial records
- Coordinate maintenance staff, subcontractors, and work orders
- Conduct property and unit inspections
- Prepare vacant units for new tenants within required timelines
- Serve as liaison between tenants and property owners
Requirements:
- Knowledge of housing laws and regulations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently
