What You'll Be Doing

As the General Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring everything runs smoothly while maintaining the high standards our customers have come to love. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory.
• Leading and mentoring a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Overseeing multi-concept, high-volume, or ghost kitchen operations.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including obtaining or maintaining ServSafe certification.
• Handling administrative tasks such as budgeting, reporting, and performance evaluations.
• Problem-solving on the fly to address challenges and maintain operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need to bring a combination of experience, skills, and dedication. Here's what we're looking for:

• Experience: At least 3 years of management experience in the restaurant industry, preferably with multi-concept, high-volume, or ghost kitchen operations.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work late-night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Certification: ServSafe certified or able to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
• Leadership Skills: A natural leader who can inspire and manage a team effectively.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
