Our client seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-priority Oracle security remediation initiative addressing audit findings and control exceptions. The PM will coordinate SMEs across Oracle modules, drive remediation plans for access control violations, communicate status to executives, and balance urgent priorities in a resource-constrained environment. The ideal candidate communicates effectively in Oracle contexts, demonstrates confidence without arrogance, and influences stakeholders with professional courtesy.

Rate: $70.00 to $75.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:- Lead Oracle security remediation program focused on access control violations and audit findings.
- Plan and manage scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies across Oracle modules including supply chain, risk, and retail.
- Facilitate persona-based security and access management discussions with Oracle SMEs.
- Establish remediation milestones, drive accountability, and communicate urgency.
- Provide executive-ready status updates, presentations, and risk escalations.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources and balance competing priorities.
- Document PM artifacts and ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
- Partner with compliance and audit teams to track controls and verify remediation outcomes.
- Proven enterprise project management experience leading complex technology initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle environments with understanding of how modules interrelate.
- Background in Oracle security and access control remediation preferred.
- Exposure to Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) is a plus.
- Experience with SOX, audit remediation, and control environments is beneficial.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills.
- Ability to operate with urgency and navigate resource constraints.
- On-site availability 5 days per week.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
