Construction Engineering Inspectors

FOXXSTEM is an engineering design, construction management, and program management firm based in Washington, DC. We work on transportation, water, and energy projects that directly impact our communities. FOXXSTEM is hiring Construction Engineering Inspectors with roadway and/or utility experience for a wide range of construction projects. We are looking for minimum of 3+ years of experience in a related role but prefer more seasoned and experienced applicants.The Inspector will perform but is not limited to the following:Conduct field inspectionsWork on various roadway and bridge projects within the regionOversight of contractor's quality control operationsQuality Assurance sampling, testing and reportingData input from Daily Inspection Reports in preferred client softwareDaily communication with client, contractor, and field project personnelPreferred certifications:Asphalt, Soils & Aggregate, Concrete, OSHA, HMA, Erosion & Sediment Control.Potential projects include:Roadway & StreetscapeBridge RehabilitationBridge ConstructionGreen InfrastructureCitywide PavingAlley RestorationsWater Pipe Replacements Compensation:Salary will be determined based on candidate's experience level, education, licensure and/or certifications.Benefits:Our comprehensive and competitive benefits package includes Health, Vision, and Dental insurance, 401(k) plans (with Company match), Holidays, and Paid Time OffOther Requirements:Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.
