As a bartender at Ruby 360 Lodge, you’ll play a key role in delivering an unforgettable experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Engaging with guests to provide outstanding customer service, take orders, and offer recommendations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Accurately managing bar tabs and ensuring proper handling of payments.
- Monitoring inventory levels and reporting needs to the Lodge Manager.
- Assisting with end-of-night clean-up, including dining room, silverware, and bar glassware.
- Stocking the bar each night before departure to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhering to food handling and safety regulations to maintain health standards.
- Managing all bar products, including garnishes and mixers, and collaborating with the Head Chef on Sysco orders.
- Updating the bar menu and verifying/updating menu costs and prices.
- Transporting alcohol deliveries from the delivery point in Lamoille to Ruby 360 Lodge.
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of proven bartending experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Management experience with skills in staff training, conflict resolution, and adherence to employer rules and local alcohol laws.
- Strong customer service skills to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service.
- A passion for mixology and attention to detail to craft exceptional beverages.

This position bartends from 3 PM to close (usually 9:30–10 PM) on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
Pay: $19–$21/hour + pooled gratuity.
