Job Description
Assemble and wire industrial electrical control panels from engineering drawings and electrical schematics.

Mount and install electrical components including:- PLCs
- Relays
- Contactors
- Circuit Breakers
- Terminal Blocks
- Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
- Power Supplies
- Sensors
- Disconnects
- Push Buttons and Indicator Lights
Route, cut, strip, crimp, label, and terminate wiring to company and customer standards.
Assemble electrical subassemblies and mechanical components as required.
Ensure proper wire routing, labeling, and panel organization.
- Perform continuity, functional, and electrical safety testing on completed control panels.
- Verify wiring accuracy using electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Inspect completed assemblies for workmanship, labeling, and compliance with engineering drawings.
- Identify and correct wiring discrepancies prior to final inspection.
- Maintain accurate build documentation and as-built records.

Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to resolve build issues.
Assist with Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and drawing revisions as required.
Support receiving, kitting, inventory, and material handling activities when needed.
Maintain an organized and efficient work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and electrical assembly best practices.
- Properly use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives.
- Wear required PPE and follow lockout/tagout procedures when applicable.
High School Diploma or GED.
1–3 years of experiencein electrical assembly, industrial wiring, control panel building, or related manufacturing.

Experience wiring industrial electrical control panels.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to use standard electrical assembly hand tools.
