Benefits Sales Rep (copy1)

The Briggs Agencies is seeking motivated, career-minded individuals to join our growing leadership team. This is a full-time opportunity designed for professionals who are looking to develop into management through hands-on training, mentorship, and leadership development.

In this role, you'll work with business clients to help coordinate employee insurance benefits while building and leading a successful sales team. If you're driven, coachable, and enjoy helping others succeed, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3–7 sales representatives.
• Participate in a comprehensive leadership training program, including classroom, field, and hands-on development.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and support new team members.
• Implement and manage systems and processes that promote team success and operational efficiency.
• Conduct ongoing coaching and performance development for team members.
• Participate in weekly leadership and management development meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing business clients while identifying opportunities to grow new accounts.
• Ensure clients receive exceptional service and support regarding their employee benefits.
• Complete administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting accurately and on time.
