Hybrid 4 days onsite in either Glendale, CA or Seattle, WA or Santa Monica, CA or New York, NY
Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to support Targeting Innovation and Quality Distribution, Insights & Evolution teams that optimize streaming delivery. The role will partner with Engineering and Product to translate strategy into clear technical requirements and deliver features that intelligently route and distribute CDN traffic for every playback request. The position requires ownership of complex cross-team programs, strong technical depth, and the ability to structure incremental, iterative deliveries.

Rate: $86.00 to $90.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:- Own execution of programs and high-impact features, including roadmap management, technical planning, specifications, and delivery across multiple teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks, communicate with stakeholders, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
- Break down complex initiatives into prioritized, manageable workstreams to enable iterative releases.
- Partner with engineering and program teams to manage and evolve the roadmap, dependencies, and required investments.
- Act as the primary communication point across internal teams and external partners in multiple regions and time zones.
- Develop a solid understanding of system architecture to improve planning and delivery outcomes.
- Collaborate with other TPMs to enhance processes, communication, and delivery standards.
- Leverage Agile methodologies to guide teams, drive accountability, and ensure on-time delivery.
- 5+ years of Technical Program or Project Management experience.
- Proven ability to deliver multiple features or products simultaneously, ideally in an Agile environment.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage in system design discussions and translate to engineering requirements.
- Experience decomposing large projects into incremental deliverables.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on feedback and iteration.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, geographically distributed environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
