Responsibilities of Assistant Administrator:
Assist in the administration of our rehabilitation and nursing center, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional resident care
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with our mission and values
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records and reports
Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
