A nationally recognized AmLaw 100 firm with over 700 attorneys is looking for a Commercial Leasing Associate in Dallas to advise institutional landlords, tenants, developers, investors and lenders on complex leasing transactions in the data center, digital infrastructure and energy sectors.

What you will be doing:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial leases for office, industrial, retail, mixed use and specialized commercial properties
  • Preparing and negotiating SNDAs, transfer consents, work letters, lender subordination agreements, lease amendments and estoppel certificates
  • Advising clients on data center, energy infrastructure and digital facility leasing transactions
  • Analyzing development issues involving power infrastructure, water access, fiber optic networks, zoning, land use and permitting
  • Collaborating with finance, development, construction, environmental and corporate legal teams
  • Managing multiple sophisticated transactions simultaneously while meeting client deadlines

What you need to bring:

  • JD from an ABA accredited law school
  • Texas Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
  • Four to seven years of commercial real estate leasing experience
  • Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm is required
  • Strong experience with SNDAs, transfer consents, work letters and lender subordination agreements
  • Data center leasing, energy infrastructure or digital infrastructure experience is a strong plus
