What You'll Do- Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging preschool classroom.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning experiences.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.
- Observe, document, and communicate children's progress.
- Follow all Massachusetts EEC regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
- Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification is required.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in a licensed early education setting preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for creating positive learning experiences for young children.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day.
