Personal Lines Team Lead to supervise 16 insurance staff handling individual policies like home and auto. They manage daily workflows, coach and mentor team members, resolve complex client escalations, and ensure performance and service goals are met.
- Guide day-to-day operations for personal lines insurance service or sales.
- Mentor, train, and motivate team members to boost performance.
- Serve as the main escalation point for complex client issues and carrier relations.
- Drive quality assurance and compliance with company policies
Must have Pennsylvania P&C Licensure AMS360 a plus. Hybrid schedule/flexible
