What You'll Do as a Dock Crew Member

As a part-time Dock Crew member, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with docking and securing their boats.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized dock area.
• Providing excellent customer service to visitors and boaters.
• Performing basic tasks such as fueling boats and assisting with boat rentals.
• Supporting other marina operations as needed.

This is a physically active role that requires you to work outdoors and on your feet for long periods of time. If you love staying busy and working in a beautiful lakeside environment, this job is for you!

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and enthusiastic about customer service. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to:

• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Be legally able to drive a car and boat in South Carolina.

No prior experience is required—we’re happy to train the right person who’s ready to dive in and contribute to our team!
