Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Status: Non-Exempt / Hourly & Full or part-time ($17-20)

Job Summary:

Inventory Management with a strong emphasis on order fulfillment during our peak shipping days (Monday and Tuesday). In addition to supporting core functions like receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting cycle counts, and using our warehouse systems (ShipHawk/Camelot WMS & TMS) to ensure visibility and accuracy of stock. Flexibility and attention to detail are essential as container deliveries can arrive throughout the week.

Primary Responsibilities - Warehouse Operations

Order Fulfillment (Pick/Pack/Ship):

· Prioritize picking and shipping to ensure all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

· Pick orders using ShipHawk/Camelot WMS scanners

· Pack and prepare outbound shipments to meet carrier and customer requirements.

Receiving:

· Unload and inspect inbound shipments, including containers that may arrive any day of the week.

· Confirm receipt of goods against BOL

· Label, tag, and place goods in appropriate storage locations.

Shipping:

· Stage outbound shipments and confirm carrier pickups.

· Communicate any shipping issues to management promptly.

Warehouse Support:

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

· Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards.

· Assist with loading/unloading and internal warehouse movement.

Skills & Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· 1+ years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred

· Experience using a WMS/TMS (ShipHawk/Camelot experience a plus)

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

· Forklift certification (preferred but not required)
