PART-TIME OUTBOUND TELEMARKETER

The Elder Agency is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic, confident Outbound Telemarketer to help us connect with potential customers and generate opportunities for our sales team.

This is a great part-time opportunity for someone who is comfortable on the phone, motivated by goals, and isn’t afraid to hear “no” on the way to a “yes.”

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers

• Generate interest in Auto, Home, and other insurance products

• Gather basic prospect information

• Schedule appointments and transfer qualified opportunities to licensed sales advisors

• Follow up with leads and previous prospects

• Maintain consistent daily call activity and production goals

Insurance experience is NOT required. We can teach you the industry — we’re looking for someone with the personality, work ethic, and drive to succeed.
