Responsibilities
- Be a team player
- Achieve sales goals through leads and referrals
- Offer insurance and financial products to meet customer needs
- Review policies and update coverage
- Create new selling opportunities, by cold calling and developing relationships
- Locate and contact potential clients and community partners to offer services
- Educate customers about insurance services
Requirements
- Willing to obtain insurance licenses; already possessing a license is a plus
- bilingual candidate is A PLUS
- Independent self-starter
- A customer-focused mindset
- Goal orientated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sales experience is a plus
- Strong business acumen, relationship management skills, customer focus, and drive for results
