Our client seeks a Technical BA/PO to lead requirements, backlog refinement, and user acceptance criteria across a portfolio of enterprise applications supporting finance, digital, operations, and HR. The role will partner with technical leads, scrum masters, and UI/UX to translate business needs into clear user stories and workflows within an Agile environment. The position will support multiple applications with a typical project load of three to four efforts and will contribute to Agile and SAFe ceremonies and practices. Appian or other low-code exposure is beneficial for future roadmap initiatives.

Responsibilities:- Own and manage a requirements backlog for 10 to 12 enterprise applications, prioritizing features and defects.
- Author clear user stories with acceptance criteria for front-end and back-end needs in partnership with UI/UX and development leads.
- Create and maintain process flows and workflow diagrams using Visio or Lucid to drive shared understanding.
- Collaborate with technical leads to groom backlogs, plan sprints, and align delivery to business goals.
- Review deliverables against acceptance criteria and verify that requirements have been met.
- Perform manual QA validation activities tied to user stories and specifications as needed.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and quarterly PI planning.
- Communicate status and requirements with stakeholders up to VP and senior director levels across business and IT.
- Support SDLC processes and partner closely with developers, the scrum master, and product stakeholders throughout releases.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience with Agile Scrum methodology.
- Experience analyzing business issues and defining solutions that meet stated goals.
- Proficiency producing concise workflow and process documentation.
- Experience collaborating with technical leads to groom backlog and plan sprints.
- Experience participating in quarterly PI planning within a scaled Agile environment.
- Manual QA experience for web applications with ability to create test scenarios from user stories and specs.
- Working knowledge of SDLC concepts including code control, build, and release processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Visio or Lucid.
- Understanding of cloud environments such as AWS.
- Familiarity with universal service bus or integration platforms such as Boomi or Informatica Cloud (preferred).
- Experience with SAFe Agile frameworks or certifications (preferred).
- Appian or other low-code tool exposure (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Agile Product Owner certification. May be obtained prior to start as required for training.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
