What You’ll Do:
- Keep day-to-day accounting moving by processing accounts payable and maintaining accurate financial records
- Reconcile credit card activity and research discrepancies to keep accounts clean and organized
- Serve as a backup for payroll and assist with employee timekeeping and payroll-related needs
- Support the accounting team with month-end activities, reporting, and general accounting projects
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2+ years previous accounts payable, bookkeeping, or general accounting experience
- Comfortable working with reconciliations, financial transactions, and detailed accounting information
- Basic payroll experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including sorting and organizing data
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines
