UNIBODY Autotech Collision — Hawaii’s premier EV-certified collision repair center — is hiring a Collision Estimator Trainee. If you’re sharp, motivated, and great with people, we’ll teach you everything from the ground up.
This is your chance to learn a 6-figure career skill in estimating, insurance negotiations, and advanced vehicle repair planning.
What You’ll Learn & Do:
- Write repair estimates using CCC ONE software (we train)
- Learn how to read vehicle damage and build repair plans
- Communicate with insurance companies to get approvals
- Assist customers through the repair process (customer service + sales)
- Understand OEM repair procedures (Tesla, Rivian, etc.)
- Identify additional damage and write supplements
- Track repairs from drop-off to delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills (you’ll talk to customers + insurance daily)
- Coachable, fast learner with a winning attitude
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable with computers and technology
- Sales mindset (this role earns based on performance long-term)
- Automotive interest is a plus (not required)
