Why You'll Love Working with Us:Competitive payComprehensive benefits package, including:Health, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time OffFlexible Spending & Health Savings Accounts (FSAs/HSAs)401(k) Retirement PlanMedical benefits start on the 1st of the month following 30 daysSupportive team culture and room for advancementTravel opportunity across multiple properties Key Responsibilities:Direct daily maintenance operations at multiple communitiesSupervise and train on-site techs, groundskeepers, and other maintenance personnelImplement preventive maintenance plans and major capital projectsConduct Physical Needs Assessments and assist with budget planningReview and manage warranties and vendor relationshipsAssist with new construction inspections and prepare punch listsLead site visits and readiness for state physical inspectionsDevelop companywide maintenance policies and training programsMonitor expenses and suggest cost-saving strategiesParticipate in hiring, evaluations, and training of maintenance staffStay informed on industry regulations, trends, and compliance standardsQualifications:HVAC Certification or EPA Type 2 or Universal is requiredMinimum 3 years of experience in a regional or senior-level maintenance roleExperience in new construction, remodeling, and building systems (roofing, fire suppression, etc.)Ability to perform or coordinate emergency repairs and contract subcontractorsProficient in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and paintingStrong project management and contract negotiation skillsAbility to travel frequently and adapt to changing schedulesStrong communication and team leadership skills
