What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate crew members during your shift to meet restaurant goals
• Oversee operations during your shift, including food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
• Train, coach, and support team members to ensure top performance
• Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
• Handle shift-level inventory, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures
• Step into various roles as needed — from cooking to taking orders — to keep the shift running smoothly
• Address guest concerns professionally and promptly to ensure satisfaction

Who We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail leadership
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable giving direction and making decisions on the fly
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
