Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Other duties may be assigned at Management Discretion:
· Ability to understand and conduct Standard Operating Procedures
· Complete daily/shift documentation (JSA, permits, equipment checklists, daily tickets, group updates)
· Safety leader for all personnel on job sites
· Learns and follows emergency procedures and reporting structure in the event of an and emergency
· Uses and understands usage requirements of all PPE including fall protection and UHP Specific PPE.
· Understands Safe Usage of UHP Equipment such as UHP Pump, Hoses, Robot, UHP hand Lance, and supporting Equipment
· Ensure proper tools and parts inventory on site for project needs.
· Overall responsibility for safe and successful project execution
· Actively Participate in all QHSE programs within the company
· Completes all training assignments as directed

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Experience in supervisory role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to obtain necessary certifications and licenses as required.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic in a fast-paced setting.
- REAL ID required.
- Clean MVR.
