Dental Hygiene (Temp)

Mercer Sydell Dental is seeking an experienced and friendly Dental Hygienist to provide coverage when our full-time hygienists are out. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible, as-needed work in a professional and supportive environment.

About the Role:

• Provide temporary coverage in our Dover, Milton, or Ocean View offices
• Fill in for scheduled and last-minute absences
• Deliver exceptional patient care and education
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and adhere to infection control protocols

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Delaware Dental Hygiene license
• Positive, patient-focused attitude
• Ability to adapt to different office settings and team environments
• Strong communication and organizational skills
