Field Service Engineer, CNC Systems & Mechatronics

Where youll operate

Memphis / Northern Mississippi marketssupporting a diverse base of manufacturers running the latest CNC technology.

What youll tackle

• On-site service, start-ups/installs, and preventive maintenance across CNC machining and turning centers.
• Mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting and repairincluding PLC and control-level diagnostics.
• Customer issue resolution, sales-team support, and occasional operator training.
• Professional representation of Ellison Technologies; clear, proactive communication.
• Ownership of service tickets and projects; accurate records and technical documentation.
• Other duties that keep our customers operations running smoothly.

Must-haves

• Background installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining and turning centers.
• Mechanical/hydraulic/electrical repair strengths with proven PLC troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated CNC machine repair and equipment diagnostics expertise.
